Seth Klukoff works with Daylight in our Advisor Practice engagements.

Seth has a more than 30-year background in thought leadership, business development, policy advocacy, social marketing, and writing. He has worked extensively with organizations in the philanthropic and nonprofit arenas—from foundations and think tanks to advocacy groups and large research organizations—as well as in the for-profit sector.
Seth serves as a faculty member for Daylight Advisors’ Impact Philanthropy Advisor (IPA) certification, developed the learning module on Purpose and Strategy, and participated in the initial IPA cohort. He also managed a research study as part of the Hewlett Foundation’s Effective Philanthropy program, focusing on how high net worth donors access and use knowledge.
Prior to founding Eoan Strategies, Seth served as Vice President, Thought Leadership at Equal Measure, a national research and strategy firm. At Equal Measure, he led thought leadership for foundation, nonprofit, and government clients such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the National Science Foundation, Lumina Foundation, StriveTogether, and Citi Foundation. He also led Equal Measure’s business and partnership development strategy.
Seth holds a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University and a B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan. He serves on the National Steering Committee for the National Network of Consultants to Grantmakers (NNCG), where he is co-chair of NNCG’s programming committee and past chair of its fundraising committee.
Seth resides in Cherry Hill, NJ, which is just outside Philadelphia. He loves hiking, 3,000-piece jigsaw puzzles, reading history, Abbott Elementary, and all things Philadelphia and University of Michigan sports.
